ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. To perform this job successfully, the Customer Service Representative may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed.
Responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations by responding to customer inquiries and solving problems.
Responsible for answering all incoming calls in a timely manor.
Responsible for communicating business rules and procedures to customers as it applies to citations.
Responsible for handling customer issues from beginning to end with the assistance of your manager.
Respond to inbound calls from customers by returning calls when necessary.
Responsible for adhering to break and lunch schedules.
Maintain a professional work environment.
Responsible for data entry, processing of money accurately, maintaining legible and accurate customer notes and using varies ticket endorsement machinery.
Responsible for prioritizing workload as call activity changes.
Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
High school diploma or the equivalent. Some college preferred.
Basic PC knowledge with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, eTIMS, and Internet Explorer.
Six months customer oriented experience in a call center environment.
Must have successfully mastered all skills and responsibilities of a customer service representative
Must be able to work 8:15-5:15 shift, and holidays as necessary.
