Plenty of room for growth and promotion.The Bilingual HR Manager Role: The Bilingual HR Manager will develop and lead a broad range of human resource functions. This position will be responsible for developing and monitoring company policies in compliance with federal and state laws. Lead healthy employee relations and organizational development and improvement. Manage the recruitment process and all onboarding activities (orientation and training) Maintain confidential employee information in individual employee personnel files, benefit records, W/C, and OSHA. Administer benefits including Medical enrollments and 401K plan and complete yearly compliance reporting’s. Maintain local organizational legal compliance for OSHA, Wage and Hour, etc. Investigate complaints and counsel as needed. Manage employee facility access cards and maintain system for security. Manage and administer employee PPE and uniforms.Bilingual HR Manager Background Profile: The Bilingual HR Manager will coordinate with the VP of Operations. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field PLUS 5 years of hands-on experience is required. Previous HR experience in a MANUFACTURING setting is a must. Bilingual Spanish/English is mandatory. Strong knowledge of OSHA training and documentation (Forms 300, 301, 301A) A broad generalist role with expertise from benefits to safety to recruiting to employee relations in a manufacturing setting will be most successful.This role will require 4+ hours of the day on your feet and walking through the manufacturing area.
