Oversees and leads operations of Biomed and Imaging departments. Manages multiple accounts and 5 or more service engineers. Provides a quality, cost effective, Biomed program that meets or exceeds customer’s quality goals and financial objectives. Provide an aggressively managed medical equipment maintenance service program that lowers annual cost of service while elevating equipment uptime, and providing the highest level of customer service. Assists with and oversees technology assessment, forecasting medical equipment replacement needs, and capital equipment purchasing. Supports special projects as related to area of expertise and responsibility. Serves as technical advisor on medical device purchases, safety related issues/concerns, regulatory requirements, Joint Commission Standards specific to the Environment of Care (EOC), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. Assists, leads, guides and mentors staff in career growth, skill development, and work performance and expectations. Must have excellent communication skills, and experience managing P&L. Must be able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
