Phase II, an Industrial Equipment Manufacturer, in Upper Saddle River, NJ, is offering a Bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant position to handle daily accounting entry and various office duties.
We are looking for an energetic person who is detail oriented and thorough.
Job Details Include:
· Daily transactions, order processing, invoicing, credits, receipts, journal entries, adjustments purchase orders, inventory receiving
· Sales credit card processing, RMA’s
· Monthly reconciliation, monthly closings
· Assist with basic office functions when needed
· Light vendor/customer contact-assist answering phones
· Team player to assist others as needed
· Knowledge of general accounting concepts
· Accounting software skills - Sage 100 or similar ERP preferred
· Microsoft Office
· Strong organizational skills
· Extremely detailed oriented
