Synergy HomeCare of East King County located in Issaquah WA is seeking an Office Support/Bookkeeper Assistant to work out of our Issaquah office. Under direct supervision, you will be required to support the office staff during daily operations, and perform some accounting and bookkeeping functions as well as . It is essential that you are familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and financial policies to include invoicing, collections, insurance, account receivables, payroll, and other areas.
Office Assistant Duties
+ Provide clerical office and administrative support
+ Provide office phone support
+ Support the scheduling of caregiver to job assignments
+ Accept Intake Calls as needed
+ Conduct Client Phone Assessments and input data
+ Complete Accounting filing as needed
+ On-call Support to Time Communication every 4 to 6 weeks
+ Basic Software Knowledge
+ Scheduling Software
+ Microsoft Office-Excel-Word
Bookkeeper Duties
+ Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
+ Process weekly invoices and issue invoices to clients
+ Support bi-weekly payroll and mitigate payroll issues
+ Address and handle client billing inquiries
+ Manage, submit and mitigate insurance claims forms
+ Process and make bank deposits
+ Support and carry out collections as needed
+ Meet weekly with Senior/Bookkeeper/Accounting Personnel
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
+ Quickbooks
+ Microsoft Office
+ Background check is required
+ Reliable transportation
SKILLS REQUIRED
+ Strong written and communication skills
+ Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet)
+ Customer service skills
+ Understanding of basic accounting
