Computer skills required include working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Publisher. Experience and a working understanding of QuickBooks is mandatory. You must have verifiable history in Quickbooks use and solid work references.
Candidates will be tested on their computer skills as part of the interview.
Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30, Monday thru Friday, 40 hour work week. Seasonal demands may rarely require occasional overtime.
Position requires attention to detail, pleasant telephone reception, and assisting residents and resolving their concerns. Punctuality and accuracy are paramount.
