MembersPlus Credit Union has been proudly providing financial services to our members for over 75 years! The Credit Union is headquartered in Medford and has 6 branches. We continue to grow because of the loyalty of our members, the dedication of our employees, and excellence of our products. We currently have an opening for a Branch Manager in our Norwood Branch.
We are looking for a hands-on Branch Manager -- or an Assistant Branch Manager ready to move up – with proven skills in retail operations, scheduling, compliance and security, BSA, and strong people skills to manage a small team. Because this is a hands-on position, prior experience as a Teller, Head Teller, or Member/Customer Service Rep is required. Well-rounded retail experience in a credit union or community bank is required… and experience in consumer or mortgage lending is an added plus! We are looking for a Branch Manager who is multi-tasking, detail-oriented, able to jump in on all roles, and who loves a branch environment and being the face of the Credit Union in the community and with our business partners. Building relationships with the Chamber or Rotary or other civic group is a new part of this role!
