Responsibilities: Supervising daily operations of the school cafeteria in preparing and serving meals and beverages to students; coordinating activities among various departments, such as kitchen and serving areas; overseeing the inventory; estimating food needs; ordering and scheduling the delivery of food, equipment and supplies.
Qualifications: Using computers to generate student meal information, Record Keeping Skills; Student Supervision; Good Interpersonal Skills. Able to supervise students in the lunchroom.
