The Building Inspector is responsible for performing technical inspection work for the day-to-day completion of residential and commercial building inspections using state and local code, rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Florida Standard Inspector License (as outlined under 468 F.S.)
Family Dwelling 1 & 2 License
1 year of experience and FL license in any category will be considered.
Excellent customer verbal and written customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
