Building Maintenance Technician II

At least three years direct experience in building maintenance or relevant experience and trade school certificate in related field. Basic knowledge of all power tools and their uses. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Valid Colorado Driver’s license, insurance verification and good driving record preferred. CFC certification desired.
The Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all VOA facilities; ensures buildings, equipment and grounds are safe, and in good repair at all times; may be required to supervise volunteers; monitors the facilities to ensure they meet all safety and health requirements. Janitorial duties will also be performed.
Salary:$17.61 per hour; additional compensation for on call duties
Work Schedule:Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Will be part of on call rotation after hours and weekends
