| Technical/Functional Skills | · Healthcare knowledge in clinical area · Lead requirements analysis, validation & verification, ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, concise , traceable, feasible, unambiguous · Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business meeting, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks & workflow analysis · Understanding/ Experience of any requirements writing tool · Ability to communication (verbal & written) with business units that rely on that information to define system requirements or process · Collect and analyze the project business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team · Effectively communicate information to product manager · Experience of working in agile environment · Experience of working with product managers and product owners · Review and prepare the functional documentation/specifications · Facilitate requirement prioritization · Manage requirements through effective change control process · Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules and methodologies · Liaising between customer community, technical development team & testing team · Involvement in User Acceptance Testing · Review of functional test cases · Providing business demo · Managing project stakeholders, customers & end users · Understanding as-is and to-be processes · Experience in UI/UX requirements, experience of preparing visuals/screen mock ups · Experience of using Microsoft visio or corresponding tools · Identifying risks and tracking of issues |
