Business Analyst III : Business Analyst III
The Principal CRM Business Analyst position will seek to improve business solutions company wide. The role will involve migrating from a Veeva Commercial and Medical CRM Environment to another Veeva CRM Solution. Other projects include data mapping and core team membership supporting migrations and implementations of new systems. The successful candidate has experience with system conversions and integrations in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry as a Business Analyst/Project Manager working on enterprise-level projects and is capable of learning and using new systems quickly.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Business analyst working on a CRM conversion (Sales Force/Service Cloud/Veeva) in Pharma/Life sciences or field experience in the industry.
Daily functional support of Medical Systems including Veeva CRM/Med Info Cloud (on Salesforce), Veeva PromoMats and MedComms Vaults.
Strong Business Analyst skills with the ability to review and analyze data using tools such as Excel or Access.
Partner with business stakeholders to fully understand and effectively document their requirements.
Document integration requirements, including data mapping and migration needs.
Develop and facilitate a needs and priority assessment process with business partners.
Document business requirements.
Assists with Project Management activities on individual work streams
Lead planning sessions and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams
Manage priorities and consistently meet project deadlines
Create testing strategies and plans
Experience with both Commercial Field and Medical CRM implementation needs (at least 1)
Prior experience with Digital Enablement tools such as Veeva Vaults with the understanding of document types, categorization and workflow.
4 - 7 years of experience of CRM project and production support related activities
Previous experience with documentation of requirements and working on cross-functional projects.
User Acceptance Testing experience, including documentation of test results
Ability to assist with Project Management related tasks such as tracking risks, issues and decisions needed.
