BCG consultants rely on our internal Knowledge Teams (KT) who provide expertise and research services for client work. Requests for KT assistance are managed through a request management system (RMS) which is highly customized system based on the ServiceNow platform. The RMS is continually enhanced and updated through the management of the RMS product management team. We are seeking a strong candidate to provide business analyst support for this team. Under the direction and apprenticeship of the product manager and senior BAs, the person in this role will:
- Gather and document user-requirements, helping to translate them for the RMS development team.
- Document system functionality and operational workflows
- Coordinate meetings and document meeting notes
- Provide basic reporting, research and analysis as-needed
