Integrass is looking for a Business Analyst for one of its direct client located in Tampa, FL. Business Analyst who has some excellent communication skills, experience in working on technical documentation like BRD, FRD, Dependency matrix, workflows, etc.
The Business Analyst is responsible for afull range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and the excellence of product development. Oversee the planning and implementation ofmore than one complex project related to End User Technology, design and documentprocesses, workflow, user requirements and make appropriate recommendationsthat will positively impact operational effectiveness. Support team’s effortsto successfully achieve their daily, iteration, Sprint and release goals anddelivery objectives through the effective application, implementation andenforcement of Scrum principles and practices.
Assist stakeholdersand Sprint team with the following:
■ Collecting new business requests; as well asgathering, validating and documenting business requirements
■ Coordinating project activities, to ensureprojects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high qualitystandards, and meet business expectations
■ Monitoring testing activities conducted by QA/UATresources; and assisting with user acceptance testing as needed
■ Supporting software development deploymentactivities
■ Monitoring and summarizing progress ofproject(s) and preparing status reports
■ Facilitate all scrum events and ceremoniesincluding sprint planning, grooming, retrospective and daily stand-ups
■ Partner with the Product Owner to ensure theBacklog is well groomed and ready for the team
■ Create metrics to provide teams and theorganization with relevant feedback
■ Communicate team progress by ensuring team goalsare met and metrics are updated daily
■ Escalating risks, issues and road blocks
■ Leading meetings as needed
■ Performs other duties as directed by Supervisor.
■ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceis required.
■ Experience in the Financial Services industryrequired. Experience in Retirement Services Industry is a plus.
■ Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
■ Minimum two (5) years of experience related toTechnology and Business/Systems Analysis required.
■ Must have excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
■ Competency with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, someform of process mapping tool, and working knowledge of SQL is required.
■ Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling anddata mapping is a plus.
■ Excellent communication skills and analytical skills, with the ability toanalyze a product or process and recommend improvements.
■ Ability to create clear and concisespecification documents, use cases, and user stories.
■ Ability to lead diverse groups to meet a commonobjective.
■ Familiarity with software development proceduresand methodology.
■ Ability to exercise independent, maturejudgment, prioritize tasks & maintain confidentiality required.
■ Experience managing multiple concurrent assignments.Proven ability to multi-task, and work in high pressure environment withdeadlines.
■ Possesses the ability to display a range ofcharacteristics, including calmness under pressure, a positive attitude and theability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details.
■ Must be able to work independently and maintaintight schedules.
