Here are the core responsibilities:
Logistical Management- Main contact for account's inventory management details
Deep Dive Insights: interpret the reasons behind the numbers and provide recommendations, segmentation and subcategories review, sales trends and analysis of space.
Sales Recaps and Trend Analysis- weekly recaps and preparation for meetings
Promotional Planning Execution
Systems Expert: Info Retriever, POL (CNA, IMN, Order, AVP, BPM, CMS), AIR, Reporting Studio and other vendor systems if applicable.
Build strong relationships with vendor and Target
Consistent, strong professional communication
Collaborate with Account Executive on all aspects of the business
Target form management
Manage Vendor Agreements and Chargebacks
Manage Expectations: interpret goals of all parties and translate into cohesive collaboration.
Be solutions driven and create various contingency plans for options
Desired Skills & Experience:
Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
Proficient in MS Office programs with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
A Bachelor degree combined with at least 1-2 years of work experience post college in CPG industry
Strategic thinker with proven analytical skills who is able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
Knowledge and experience with Target systems such as POL and Info Retriever
Ability to problem solve and exhibit a positive attitude while dealing with challenges.
