Your future duties and responsibilities: Member acts as a liaison between the Business Function and Information Systems. Members may be located in the Business Function or within the Technical/Development Team. Provides technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing basic systems. They act as a liaison representing the client's or client's user's needs and the processes and workings within it by gathering business specifications and requirements and acting as the primary contact to the Technical/Development Team for that particular business units needs that are moderately complex in nature. Provide support in the Requirements Definition, Design, Build, Test, and Delivery of the system and Enterprise solution for the United States Army supporting Active Army, U.S. Army Reserves, Army National Guard, and Department of Army Civilians. Work within a team of Functional, Technical, and Developmental experts within an AGILE/SAFe iterative approach to deliver innovative, intuitive, and operationally relevant solutions in the 21st century that support the merging of multiple systems into one system and maintain interface capability with other United States Army and DoD enterprise systems. Provide support to within the team conducting relevant research ensuring accuracy of the customer's business use case, Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance, and United States Army standards for Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development Training. Support formulation and definintion of systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, technical, and industry requirements. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and provides consultation on projects and participates in requirements analysis, data gathering, interviews, and facilitated sessions. * Participate in daily stand-ups and understand the tasking's to support the iterative approach and deliveries * Participate in working groups in the development of the product in a collaborative environment with functional, technical, and development experts in order to support creation of the product for the customer * Conduct independent research in order to completely understand the Customer's Business Use Case, Measure of Effectiveness, Measure of Performance, and Activity Lists and apply these outlines/guidance to the creation of the ATIS system * Work closely with development experts to provide the intuitive, innovative, and operational relevant requirements to support the User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) * Provide conduit and coordination to incorporate best 21st technologies to support the UI/UX and ensure accuracy of United States Army systems and culture preferences. * Work in compressed time-lines to support the Project Management Scope, Schedule, and Budget to meet the customer's requirements. * Provide solutions that serve for the next generation of use and capability; thus understanding the Architecture Runway and its ability to service the product developed. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: * Understanding of the business functions, including business process modeling. * 2 years, IT & Technology Business Analysis experience * Bachelors degree * Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a DOD Secret clearance is required.
