The successful candidate will work with Noblis and Client teams in a collaborative environment to conceptualize, analyze, define and implement Cybersecurity-centric solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to determine client needs and will be intimately involved in implementation of these requirements in an Agile environment Specifically, the responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to:
• Engage with key client stakeholders to quickly grasp the ‘Big Picture’ of the assigned projects and programs• Understand the design of moderately complex information systems to ensure that functional issues are understood, and business requirements can be properly defined for software development• Solicit and document Customer Business Requirements from stakeholders so that they may be accurately translated into functional and system requirements• Develop use cases, epics, features, user stories, procedures and other artifacts for information systems• Conduct trade-off analyses on business, functional and technical requirements • Integrate and work with Agile teams to ensure development and release of solutions
Client Engagement· Learn about and support Noblis’ client engagement, corporate values, and corporate strategic priorities, including providing input to proposal writers. · Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals. · Participate in the proposal process by providing input to proposal writers.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field• 3+ years experience in conducting business and requirements analysis and/or design• Experience in leading design discussions with client stakeholders• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements at the Epic, Feature and User Story levels• Experience in Agile methodologies
*Requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Alien card for three years in order to be eligible for the clearance needed.
