As a sales/business development representative for the cannabis industry, you will focus on sales strategies and account management to build value in the marketplace and enhance product branding by building and developing relationships into new accounts. Some roles may also be responsible for building and managing a sales process and leading a sales team.
● Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
● Establish, develop and maintain business and customer relationships
● Achieve determined sales targets and outcomes within schedule
● Coordinate sales efforts with other team members and departments
● Proven work experience as a sales representative
● Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of and experience with cannabis sales highly preferred
