The Product Analyst is responsible fortriaging product related issues andworking closely with Product Management and Technology Delivery (software development)onissueresolution; acting asaliaison tocross functional business partners including but not limited to,Account/Client Management, Clinical, Operations and Customer Service,to ensure our products are operating with efficiencies, accelerate feedback loops and improve product adoption. This position has no direct reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience in order to trouble-shoot and triage requests and operational issues
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick product/issue resolution
Collaborate with product management to ensureproper handoff ofproduct enhancement requests
Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers in available product offerings
Analyze request data to determine enhancement opportunities and make product suggestions
Adhere to both internal and industry best practices and productivity metrics
Foster a collaborative environment for sharing knowledge, innovation and learning
Ensure a high level of quality, and exceptional client experience, with a consistent focus on continuous improvement
Trend issues over time to identify patterns and corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
Work with internal departments and/or clients to evaluate and improve processes proactively and implement automations where possible.
Participate in business workgroups and provide meaningful feedback on future state of products
Actasasubject matter expert (SME) on assigned product(s)

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in health administration, information technology, business or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in information technology capacity
Minimum5years' pharmacy benefit management experience
Demonstrated knowledge of NCPDP Standards
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner
Ability to collaboratively identify, research and resolve issues
An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute
A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail oriented perspective
A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
Ability to work with peers in a team effort
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A well-organized and self-directed individual
Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
Should have the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands
Willingness to travel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Medicare Part D knowledge
Lean or Continuous Improvement orientation and background
Pharmacy claim analysis and technical experience
Project management experience
Proficient working knowledge of development collaboration tools: Jira and Confluence
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Should invluce both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and occasional local and/or overnight travel, including exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions. Mode of transportation for travel typically will include automobile and plane.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have the ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
