We're doing this by building best-in-class modern devices, helping drive partner profitability, and driving preference for Microsoft solution with our hardware partners. **Responsibilities** As an **Business Program Manager for ODR Channel Incentive programs** you will: + Work with Business Operations and Regional sales teams to drive OSIS and other ODR Channel Incentive programs from initiation through delivery + Be a Subject Matter Expert for Distributor and Reseller Channel Incentive Programs (OSIS and other), point of contact for Regional sales teams and Business Operations. + Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges + Provide daily support for managing delivery of program tasks, activities, milestones and resources + Support business owners to drive OSIS, Scale programs or multiple programs. + Work closely with program/process owners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy. Manage OSIS and other Scale programs and related complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. + Lead cross-organization program teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. Engage with executive leadership as necessary to communicate program objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress. + Distribution Partner Segmentation, Strategy and Field Enablement: map current partners to new partners segmentation, identify gaps and monitor and report partner progress and associated support structure + Lead and manage program related ROB and Readiness + Manage ODR Community Calls and Communications (Note. See additional details related to responsibilities) **Qualifications** + Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs + Strategic thinker and effective communicator to influence senior decision makers + Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities across worldwide based talent in multiple time zones + Flexibility to handle directional changes with the ability to juggle moving priorities to ensure project success + Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment + Proven ability to assess business needs, prioritize accordingly and escalate appropriately + Familiarity with Microsoft Channel Incentive Programs, or experience working in or with Microsoft partners is a plus + Skilled use of Microsoft Power BI reporting + Proven project management or program management experience + Channel Incentive Program development and execution experience + Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including at the executive level + Excellent organization, writing, and complex problem-solving skills Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
