Business Systems Analyst - Ecommerce Integrations Information Technology Auburn, Washington Houston, Texas Apply Description Position Overview This role will work from home during Coronavirus. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for supporting all the system and process needs of specific user groups within Zones, such as Sales, Ecommerce, Procurement, Logistics, etc. The position focuses on developing a complete understanding of the end-user's business needs and designing system solutions to effectively support those business processes. The BSA serves as the primary liaison between the business users and the development teams. The Business Systems Analyst primary responsible for: + Deliver solutions that improve business functions for Zones + Provide product ownership for application development/enhancements/fixes requested by an assigned business area + Develop business requirements and functional specifications + Build / Contribute to the construction and delivery of IT roadmaps for the assigned business/functional area + Create and maintain constructive, positive partnerships between MIS and assigned business/functional areas + Fully understand the business processes of users in the areas of responsibility + Provide application and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support + Manage and resolve support issues and escalations as assigned + Ensure root causes are identified and appropriately communicated and documented + Interacting with customers to enable Integrations with Zones' systems Education, Certifications, & Technology Requirements: + BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or a related field REQUIRED: + 4+ years required of experience in business systems analysis, data analysis, systems functional analysis, and business case development supporting a sales organization + Experience with Ecommerce platforms and business models + Experience with Integrations, particularly APIs/EDI/Marketplaces and Data Mapping + Working knowledge of sales and distribution business models + Knowledge of CRM - Microsoft Dynamics/D365, ERP Microsoft AX/D365 would be ideal + PMP certification or matriculating + Experience with Microsoft Visio Who You Are: + Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Ability to manage multiple projects, users, systems, and deadlines + Team player + Proactive problem solver As a rapidly growing global provider of IT solutions, we've expanded from Seattle to Sydney and beyond - with reach in over 80 countries around the world.
