FULL-TIME – MONDAY – FRIDAY – DAYS – WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: AS NEEDED
Under direction of the manager, responsible for day to day support activities and all aspects of assigned projects. As required, defines project scope and objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and is responsible for issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers. Provides technical and analytical guidance to assigned teams as required. Transitions newly implemented projects to operational support teams as required. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Provides on-call support and participates in Service Center activities as required. Detail understanding of NextGen EPM, EHR, EPM Application and Table Structure.
- Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.
- Four years of relevant IS or Business Unit experience
