RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, one of the world's largest insurance and investment firms is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.
As a part of their CSO (Compliance Services Organization), located at their beautiful headquarters in the heart of the Pearl District, you will need:
- To translate business challenges and opportunities to technical and functional requirements
- To differentiate between solutions and requirements
- Illustrate business and process flows
- To document to the necessary level such as detailed to general
- To demonstrate knowledge of gathered subject area through documentation and presentation
- To create and maintain project and business artifacts
- To understand by asking clarifying questions where ambiguity exists
- To differentiate between requirements and nice-to-haves
- Experience or understanding in various personal and commercial lines of insurance products
- Strong experience in MS Access, Excel, SQL
- Great phone, personal, and electronic presence
- Experience in Insurance, Investments, Finance or other highly regulated industries is a plus, but not required
