The busser is the busy body of the restaurant. Your responsibility is the neat, clean, and shiny presentation of the restaurant. Before any guest sits down the table must be welcoming by being carefully stocked with menus, silverware, and condiments. A busser must be able to consistently move, be receptive to customer needs, and must be able to work well with a team of servers and hosts. The busser must be able to lift moderate amounts of weight consistently throughout the day and must be able to move quickly on their feet throughout the day.
