Job Summary of the Call Center BDC Agent** What you will do: As an Call Center BDC Agent , you make outbound and will respond inbound calls/leads via text email phone, as well as respond to requests for quotes from potential customers who are currently clients through our dealer networks; in addition you will convince them to combine additional autos in the household as well as Homeowners and other ancillary products like our Motorclub package. Your primary responsibility and goal will be to persuasively convince the client to reinstate, renew or start a new policy with us now!! We are looking for aggressive Collection BDC Representatives who have achieved high levels of success with automotive business development. Qualifications for the Call Center BDC Agent** • Associates Degree or its equivalent in experience in Marketing or Business Administration preferred, not required • Proven ability to be pro-active, problem-solve and multi-task while managing a varied workload with constantly changing priorities • 5+ years of Sales and/or Collections experience • Must have strong CRM management; Must have superb follow-up skills (Paramount for this position) Competencies needed of the Call Center BDC Agent** Demonstrates ownership, accountability and team spirit; demonstrates the ability to plan, execute, control and deliver; to be adaptable; displays ability and expresses interest in training, coaching and willing to develop others; demonstrates expertise in analytical and negotiation skills; to communicate effectively both written and verbal; to lead and influence others effectively.
