We have a client in Dunwoody that is actively hiring and they are looking to hire mature, dependable, and personable customer service agents. Assisting customers in Florida and the Carolinas, our client has a training class soon and are looking to add 35 new agents to the TRC Team.

About the position:
-Respond to customer calls regarding their utility service. Responsible for setting up new accounts, transferring accounts, and/or closing accounts
-Help customers navigate the online website to update their account information and/or make online payments
-Assist with payments: take payments and post to accounts. Set up payment arrangements as available.
-Work with new customers to activate their new utility service.
-Respond to outage questions
-Offer products and services to customers as applicable
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
-Prior customer service experience - call center preferred, but not required
