We are currently hiring for our Call Center client in King of Prussia! Position is Remote/Work From Home to start but must be located in area.
This is a temporary role to start with opportunity for extension or permanent placement!
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims
Analyze problems and provide information/solutions
Develop and maintain positive customer relations
Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers
Work in a high volume call center setting
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
1+ years of customer service experience
Ability to multi-task
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Healthcare industry a plus, but not required
