ACS group has an immediate need for a Call Center Rep with experience in the Customer Service. This is a 6 months contract opportunity (with long-term potential) and is located in Westborough, MA . Our client is a leading Wealth Management company.

Shifts:Flexible between 08:00am-08:00pm.
- Provide quality customer service and support on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Enter information in a computerized database.
