Coordination and integration of federal, state, and local services and programs including CIP development, test administration, parent involvement, and services to at-risk students.
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
o Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Be knowledgeable about state accountability, tests required by the state, and Harmony Public Schools
o Attend required trainings on test administration
o Coordinate with other departments to administer tests.
o Provide training to staff
o Order tests and other materials
o Build schedules, arrange rooms, make photocopies, scan (if necessary)
o Develop and implement procedures to monitor at-risk students.
o Work with students, parents, and staff to ensure students? academic success.
o Contribute to the development of program goals to reduce school failure and dropout rates.
o Evaluate the state and federal programs at the campus and implement changes based on the findings.
o Compile budget and cost estimates based on documented program needs.
o Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required.
o Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and the local board policy.
o Collect and submit Time and Effort Sheet (TES) for grant funded employees
o Inform grant funded employees about their funding source and train them about how to fill out TES
o Coordinate state and federal program related activities at campus including, but not limited to Comprehensive Needs Assessment, Campus Improvement Plan, and Parental Involvement activities, and any other state and federal program related activities.
o Conduct surveys related to state and federal programs
o Collecting and submitting TES for grant funded employees to district federal program director
o Compiling detailed CIP budget and submitting to district personnel in charge
o Informing district federal program director in case a grant funded employee resigns, position changes or employee schedule changes more than 10%
o Informing grant funded employees about their funding source and training them about how to fill out Time and Effort Sheet
o Attend trainings on state and federal programs
o Reports regularly to the principal and central office on the progress of the state and federal programs
o Coordinate meetings, invite stakeholders to meetings, and maintain minutes
o Lead and participate in parent events
o Upload documents to web site and maintain hard copies
o Perform other duties as assigned.

o Ability to identify needs, solve problems, and manage change
o Ability to analyze data, evaluate programs. and make recommendations for improvement
o Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the district.
o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.
o Ability to use computer including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine and telephone.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
o May require lifting of boxes and test materials
o Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
o Position is in office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.

Dallas/ Fort Worth and Central Office - Houston
Salary minimum: $50, 000 Salary maximum: $70,000
Austin and San Antonio Districts: $2,000 less
