The candidate will draft and negotiate tax equity financing agreements, including partnership flip agreements, membership interest purchase agreements and equity capital contribution agreements. Will represent clients in a national project development and finance practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Should have experience with energy projects and transactions, particularly on wind, solar and other renewable technologies.
