Our caregivers provide exceptional services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and many others.
We are ESPECIALLY looking for Caregivers that can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends.

Job Duties May Include:
Assistance with ADLs/ IADLS
Personal hygiene bathing/showering, grooming, nail care, and oral care
Meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding
Incontinence Care/ Toileting Assistance
Perform light housekeeping which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
Shows empathy and sympathy to consumer and their care
Ability to read, write and carry out directions
Ability to adhere to the demands of the job
Courteous and cooperative
Prioritizes tasksefficiently Maintains professional boundaries
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience with Developmental or Intellectual Disabilities (on the job training is available for candidates with the right attitude and desire)
Obtain Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Live Scan Fingerprinting
Valid California Driver's License or I.D
Current CPR/First Aid Card
Negative Tuberculosis Test (TB) (within 2 years) or Clear Chest X-ray (within 5 years)
Willingness to work weekends
Willingness to work shorter shifts (4 - 6 hours)
Willingness to work evenings
