Sylvan Crossings Assisted Living is seeking compassionate caregivers certified to administer medication. 

NEW HIRE BONUS 

$1000 for Fulltime New Hires 

$250 for Part-time New Hires 

(Full time employee bonuses paid in increments $250 on 2nd paycheck, $250 at 6 Months and $500 -1 year retention bonus. Employees are eligible for bonuses if performance is satisfactory)  

We have fulltime and part time openings on all shifts -12 hour shifts available.

Provide our residents with meaningful interactions and assistance with daily tasks. 

- CBRF/CNA certificates preferred, but not required.

Primary duties: 

Properly assist with/administer scheduled medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policy. Provide personalized care and services to residents, uphold the residence policies and procedures, and ensure the residents� rights to safe, prompt, and confidential treatment.

Qualifications 

• Desire and compassion to work with older adults
• Friendly, caring disposition
• Integrity
• 1-2 years� experience working with older adults preferred
• CBRF Certifications or CNA preferred
