We are recruiting for the following position(s): Position Summary: Sea Mar Behavioral Health?s diverse and quickly expanding program is seeking a full-time case manager for its Vancouver Behavioral Health Program located in the Town Plaza (formerly known as Community Services NW). PACT is a community-based program for individuals with serious mental illness. The Case Manager provides primary community support/case management to mentally ill, homeless, and substance abuse clients. Participate actively as a team member in the delivery of client services and the coordination of community support services. The Case Manager must have demonstrated experience with, and the ability to form and maintain effective relationships with clients, team members, and community providers. Qualifications and/or Requirements: + An Associates of Art?s Degree in Behavioral Health, Health Sciences, or related field and two years of closely related work experience is required. + Appropriate work experience may be substituted for the degree. + Proficiency in MS Office and other medical software and computers. + It is preferred that the Case Manager be bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural. + The candidate must demonstrate respect and appreciation for diversity and have an understanding of the community system. + Experience in Mental Health or Case Management preferred. + Excellent verbal and written skills are a must. + Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
