As a cashier, you are the face of our brand as you greet every guest with a smile.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must learn and be knowledgeable of the food and beverage menus

Prepare cashier station and counter for morning and afternoon service

Greet every guest with a genuine smile and provide perfect service

Must ensure all guests orders a taken quickly and accurately

Must package orders carefully to ensure all food items are packaged correctly

Ability to interact socially with guests with enthusiasm and polite and friendly manner for entire shift

Food handling and service to guests at the counter, including bakery items and to-go food and drink orders

Confident and professional salesmanship

Cash handling of guests checks including credit card payments utilizing a Point of Service system

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks effectively and quickly

Must adhere to sanitation and proper food safety protocol

Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner

Must be passionate about food, ice cream and coffee and commit to continuous learning of such things

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks effectively and quickly

Close attention to detail

Must adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policy and regulations

Must always be pressed and tailored, complying to the dress code policy

Performs up to the company standards, expectations and policies

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Tiny Boxwoods Productions require the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the position of Milk & Cookies Cashier.

Qualifications include:

Texas Food Handlers certificate

Outstanding customer service skills

General math skills

Good memory

Flexible availability in scheduling

Capacity to multitask

Ability to work as part of a team

Working conditions:

The incumbent will be working in a counter service setting behind a cashier station and working in close proximity to co-workers. Hazards may include, but are not limited to slipping and tripping.

Physical requirements:

The incumbent is required to stand for the entire shift, minimal lifting is required. Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe. Frequent hand washing. Must be able to hear and talk.
