Catering Coordinator Responsibilities-Management Position
-Works closely with Catering Sales Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships
-Customer service responsibilities include speaking directly with the customer regarding their order and any follow up
-Prepares catering orders
-Delivers catering orders either by own vehicle or company vehicle (where available)
Catering Coordinator Qualifications
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Must have reliable transportation-have their own vehicle?
- Must have a valid driver’s license and favorable driving record
-Must be well groomed
-Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting frequently, along with lifting up to 50 lbs.
-Must be able to work well with other team members
-Must pass a background check
