The Catering Sales Manager (CSM) is a highly responsible sales position involving prospecting, selling, planning, scheduling, coordinating and executing Bold events.? The Sales Manager must maintain a high level of daily selling activity (personal visits, prospecting calls, lead generation etc.) ensuring the ability to consistently meet and exceed?sales objectives.
This position requires an understanding of the overall operations of the catering business and must have exceptional people skills as well as possess the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.? Additionally, the CSM must exercise considerable initiative, independent judgment, diplomacy, flexibility and discretion in the performance of assigned duties.? The CSM should possess the passion to connect with and satisfy the needs of their client?s company and build a mutually productive and on-going relationship.? They should express a desire to be part of their client?s company as a supplier of their catering needs.? They should have 10-20 clients or companies of which they would like to be a part and act as an extension of those companies.
