We are looking for full time Behavior Technicians to work in our brand new autism treatment center in West Madison. Join our team and grow with us as we expand our center-based offerings in the Madison area! As a center-based treatment provider, you will work 32-40 hours, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. At times, based on client needs, center based staff may also work in-home with clients.

As a center-based Behavior Technician, you will work with children on the autism spectrum in our treatment center. We utilize a results-oriented approach called applied behavior analysis, which involves observing how our clients react to their environment and how they respond to people around them. You will engage these special kiddos in fun activities to help build their skills and social awareness and document their progress. No experience is required and we provide paid training.
We look for individuals who:
- Display a fun and creative personality
- Have availability to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday
- Can be flexible with schedule changes
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Must be 18 years old or older
- GED/HS diploma
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Able to pass a thorough criminal background check
