Certified Occupational Therapy Aid (COTA) at CMADC

A busy health center is opening a new Pediatric Occupational Therapy Program and is seeking to hire a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Aid who can work flexible hours.  We offer a competitive hourly rate and growth opportunities.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapist with appropriate patient related activities
• Assist with set up of equipment and patient-related therapeutic activities
• Assist in maintaining occupational therapy supplies
• Responsible for general maintenance and up keep of the department
• Assume scheduling responsibilities as needed
• Interact with children and their families
• Provide administrative support as needed (faxing, making copies, making calls)
• Special projects

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Excellent customer service and patient care skills
• Ability to follow directions, physical stamina and emotional maturity
• Strong computer knowledge
