Position Summary:Thisposition supports the mission of The Medical Center of Aurora/CentennialMedical Plaza of optimizing the quality of life of all those served byexpanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of thewhole person.Under the supervision ofthe manager, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists the OT in thedelivery of treatment and contributes to the assessment process.The COTA provides documentation of treatment,participates in discharge planning, performs administrative duties,participates in PI, pursues professional growth, assists with studenteducation, oversees the work of aides, volunteers and students, and when needarises will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
