We are seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant in Labor & Delivery for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. • You will function within the scope of practice as established in TN and by facility guidelines for each surgical procedure and is responsible for assisting surgeons during intra-operative care.
• You will be responsible for obtaining needed equipment and/or instrumentation for their cases as well as ensuring equipment is functioning appropriately and reporting to their coordinator/maintenance if repair is needed.
• You will assist with maintaining organized storage areas for equipment and instrumentation within surgical services.
