Our client is seeking applications for an Enterprise Project Change Analyst for the HR workstream. The Change Analyst provides organizational change management support on the Enterprise Project, one of the most visible and complex initiatives and projects undertaken by the university. The Change Analyst is a key role on Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting the HR Business Process team. The Change Analyst will contribute to OCM initiatives (learning, communications, and stakeholder engagement) for the specific business functional areas in which they are assigned, including identifying and documenting business process, organizational design and role changes and impacts on stakeholders, developing tactics to address changes, and working closely with the business team to implement strategies.
Among the many responsibilities, the Change Analyst will collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team and the business team to recommend and execute change tactics. Additionally, s/he will develop readiness workshop materials, conduct readiness workshops and train-the-trainer sessions, and develop communications and end user learning material. S/he will also coordinate the review with subject matter experts to ensure appropriate content and delivery for users.
The Change Analyst will also use a variety of project management tools to track and report status and progress. The successful candidate is an excellent communicator, critical thinker, motivated with a positive attitude, able to work independently to gather and evaluate data, and apply information to materials to support stakeholder change.
Minimum of six (6) years' experience in system implementation or change management role(s) responsible for business processes and/or change management activities related to business process change. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and strategic initiatives is required. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, peers, executive leadership, customers, vendors, technical team members, and others.
Experience in facilitating workshops and Learning and Development activities and mapping workshops. Experience collecting and measuring change impacts. Demonstrated expertise of building consensus across diverse business groups and leaders.
Strongly prefer candidates that have experience with HR transformation and workforce planning within a complex, large-scale ERP, preferably cloud ERP / specifically Workday, implementations. It is preferred that the candidate has a background with higher education, and/or with healthcare / academic medical center experience. Also prefer candidates with Prosci Certification, PMP, and Workday certification.
Bachelor or higher degree in related field. Deep knowledge of HR business processes is required.
