•You will have oversight of the communications and the training of employees impacted by organizational changes while working with clients to implement a plan and coaching them through that process.
•Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Communications, Change Management and Training, preferably in an IT, HR or Healthcare field.
•What will you be doing:
•You'll work close with senior leadership and key executives to better understand and help implement change management, communication and training approaches.
•You'll work with cross-functional teams to shape and agree on approaches and deliverables
•You'll be tasked with developing unique and effective communication and training strategies
•You'll collaborate with internal communications and marketing to align with the corporate brand

What are additional requirements:
•BS/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, communications, and change management
•Possesses an extreme attention to detail
•Can provide tangible examples of innovative change management, communications, and training strategies you have implemented that have resulted in engaged and informed audiences
•A high degree of creativity and latitude
•Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset
•Ability to use Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia to create eLearning and videos
•Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
•Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally and visually
•Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
•Experience in web design and content production is a plus
•Solid understanding of project management principles
•Experience with Workday, iCIMS a plus
