General Summary of Position:
The Channel Relationship Development Manager role is a quota carrying position with revenue and commission emphasis on upselling our suite of solution products (WAN products & services, broadband, fiber, Hosted PBX, Wireless Networks, SIP, … ) to our existing agent channel account base exclusively. The Channel RDM is responsible for strategic Agent account management as it relates to upselling additional Granite technology and Services. The Channel RDM is tasked with gaining executive level alignment at both the Agent level and the end client level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Channel RDM will be working alongside the Granite Channel Team to help educate both agents and clients on Granite deliverables.
Travel to the Agent locations, industry conferences and end clients will be needed.
Channel Relationship Development Managers will need to attend all required training sessions initially and ongoing.
Must know how to position and sell all of Granite products.
100% enthusiastic adoption of Salesforce. Roadmap buildout for assigned accounts, contacts, diagrams, quotes.
Responsible for all assigned agents and agent accounts.
Must be educated in and also be able to practice a solution selling process
