This busy full-service restaurant is seeking a Chef / Assistant Chef, who is able to work the full line experience. For full-time hours, off Sundays and Mondays. Flexible schedule required (AM and PM shifts). Serve Safe or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge in knife cuts and proper culinary techniques required. 2-3 years of kitchen experience required. Passion for farm-to-fork and sustainability desired. Compensation is competitive and based on experience / professionalism.
The restaurant is closed on all major holidays.
Uniforms and a shift meal are provided. Holiday pay and vacation after a year.
