Under moderate supervision, performs basic clerical activities.
- Hours for this position are: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs general clerical and office duties, including answering phones, filing, copying/imaging, faxing, processing and distributing mail and preparing items for destruction. Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
Greets, screens and directs visitors to appropriate personnel.
Generates, sorts and distributes automated form letters and processes checks.

High school diploma or GED required. Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute and 80 net data entry keystrokes per minute preferred. Completion of LOMASelect tests required. Passing score on LOMASelect tests required. Office or general clerical experience preferred. Valid driver's license preferred.

For this purpose, business class internet means internet service with a static IP address, dedicated connections and guarantees or service level agreements (SLAs) addressing relevant performance characteristics.
