- Cleans and sterilizes durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, commodes, beds, oxygen equipment, mattresses and other related supplies.
- Packages and re-stocks equipment in warehouse. Complies with federal, state, local and Joint Commission regulations.
- Complies with company policies and procedures.
- Moves equipment from trucks to appropriate cleaning areas.
- May assist delivery employees with the loading and unloading of equipment.
- Stocks and stores warehouse with equipment and supplies.
- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, clean and safe manner.
- Maintains cleaning logs in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Tags, labels and assembles equipment.
- May be required to obtain a commercial drivers license (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, if the needs of the business require this, either at time of hire or at any other time during the course of employment. Where required, obtaining a CDL will be a condition of employment and must be obtained within 90 days of receiving written notification of this requirement.
- Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
- At least one year related experience is required.
- Must meet job-related requirements to comply with D.O.T., F.D.A. and Joint Commission regulations.

Distances pushed or pulled could range from 1-25 ft on average.

- Will be requires to use hand tools for assembly and repair, material handling equipment, cutting, carrying devices, cleanup kits or equipment.
- May be required to work with cryogenic fluids requiring special precautions and PPE.
