Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist-
Role: Using a unique lead generation strategy, you are required to book prospective clients on sales
calls from social media platforms such as Facebook and/or Instagram.
Results: You are expected to maintain or exceed booking 0.5 prospects per working hour with an
average close rate of 30% of prospects that attend sales calls.
● Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms during
● Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance.
● Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas
effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
● High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
● Experience in customer service is required
● Some experience in the fitness industry is preferred but not mandatory
● Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
Must attend weekly team meetings
● Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
Pay: Hourly base pay plus commission
This position also gets paid commission per lead booked and closed. Commission ranges from 75-150$ per close based on your booking metric.
***30 day probation period during which time you will be trained on the process and given the chance to hit the .5 metric number, during which time you will get $14 and hour. Upon the completion of the 30 day period, You will have a review. If you have hit the .5 metric you will be given an automatic pay bump to 18$ an hour moving forward.***
