As a client scout, you are key to esellas’ organizational success by seeking out and connecting with prospective clients who need what esellas can provide. You act as the liaison between marketing and sales, handle first contact with potential clients, and engage in marketing activities and campaigns that are the key to establishing new client relationships. You work behind the scenes and the work you do sets the stage for a hit production.--Responsibilities & ExpectationsTo succeed in this role, you will need the skills and experience to:Connect the dots between what esellas provides and what companies need to succeedDevelop collaborative relationships with business contacts who trust you and enjoy hearing from youBuild a vigorous prospect pipeline through trend analysis, online research, marketing campaigns, and continuous communication with colleaguesProvide informed recommendations about which prospects to pursueMake the all-important first contact with prospects to market esellas’ solutionsUse a CRM to manage leads, set up meetings between colleagues and prospects, and track and maintain prospect contacts and information--Qualifications & Skill RequirementsTo be considered for this role, show us you can:Listen more than you talkCombine research, analysis, and intuition to uncover opportunitiesConnect with potential clients and extend that connection through to esellas growth representativesBuild rapport quickly and honorably with both prospects and colleaguesProduce results with minimal supervisionUse Microsoft Office like a proExperience with a CRM is a plus.A college degree is preferred but not required.
