If you're a registered nurse with at least two years of experience in home health we hope you'll consider becoming our Clinical Manager. It's a position where you'll develop leadership skills and forge relationships that can open opportunities to advancement. You'll ensure our home health team delivers high quality of care while providing ongoing case management for all of our patients. You'll touch the lives of both our patients and care providers. As an educator and mentor you'll find ways to address deficiencies in clinical standards, care and compliance, along with improvements to OASIS and medical records. We're looking for someone who will provide constructive feedback to our associates and review agency outcomes. Preferred skills and qualifications:
* Valid RN license within practice state
* Medicare HC experience and competency in federal and local standards.
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Basic level computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
