The Clinical Support Tech 2 is a staff position responsible for providing basic technical patient care skills under the direction and supervision of the licensed healthcare practitioner. The Clinical Support Tech 2 works in close collaboration with an assigned licensed healthcare practitioner to provide safe and quality patient care and are a valued member of the patient care team. Job may require patient registration, deployment of legal, ethical and compliance related documents that must be presented and thoroughly explained to the patient at time of registration or during care.
This position requires the candidate to float to different Urgent Care Centers in Miami Dade County.
High School, Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience required. CPR required. Knowledge of insurance contracts and collections preferred. Basic knowledge of typing and filing. Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Bilingual preferred.
Clinical Support Tech 1: Required Licenses (must have one): CNA, EMT, or Medical Assistant (for medical assistant - Registered or Certified).
New Grads will be considered.
Clinical Support Tech 2: Required Licenses (must have one): Paramedic or LPN.
